Text Messaging

How the Schemer SMS program works — what we send, how you opt in, and how to stop.

About the program

Schemer (a product of Beehive Software Solutions LLC) sends text messages to users of the Schemer coaching platform. Messages are sent from +1 (323) 996-4509 and include:

  • One-time passcodes to sign in or verify your phone number (passwordless sign-in / 2FA)
  • Account notifications you enable about your own activity — check-ins and reminders from your Schemer coaching assistant (with a link into the app), notices that content you requested is ready (for example a practice script), and automation status updates

How you opt in

Schemer only texts phone numbers provided directly to us:

  • Signing in with your phone number. When you enter your phone number in the Schemer app or website to create an account or sign in, we text you a one-time verification code you requested.
  • Adding your number in settings. Coaches can add or change their number on the account page and choose text as a notification channel. Numbers are verified with a one-time code before they are used.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Frequency, rates, opting out

Message frequency varies based on your activity and the notifications you configure. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to cancel at any time — you will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at support@schemer.pro.

Where users opt in

Users sign up at schemer.pro/sign-up. Consent is captured in two separate, unbundled controls at the point of collection, as shown below:

  • Recurring account notifications — a dedicated checkbox, unchecked by default and optional, with message frequency, rates, STOP/HELP, and a link to the SMS Terms. Only users who actively check it receive recurring texts.
  • One-time verification code — transactional; sent only when the user submits their number to verify it, disclosed directly beneath the form alongside links to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
